Constructed as a pair of semi-detached residences in Zekeriyaköy, this standalone building was transformed into a beauty complex by preserving its shell and entirely redesigning its interior organization.

Circulation and spatial hierarchy within the building were rearranged to suit the new functions. A staircase placed within a newly opened vertical void connects the floors and functions while serving as a visual focal point for circulation.

The ground floor houses a boutique, a tattoo studio, and massage rooms. The attic level accommodates a beauty center and a management office, while the basement features two dance studios and a solarium.

The design aimed to ensure that these distinct functions can operate independently under the same roof without overlapping or interfering with one another.
