This project transformed a 1+1 closed-kitchen apartment in Cihangir into a spacious 2+1 home with an open layout, blending functionality with the homeowner’s bohemian style.

The enclosed kitchen became a second bedroom, while a sleek open kitchen with an island was added to the living area. To enhance the stunning Bosphorus view, a deep blue accent wall was created, serving as both a visual extension of the sea and a backdrop for the client’s travel collectibles. The bathroom was also expanded by removing a bulky cabinet and a dividing wall, ensuring a more open and modern feel.

The result is a home that feels both larger and more personal, seamlessly combining practicality with character.
